The Centre for International Integrity Peace and Development (CIIPAD) is to honour seventeen police officers with award for integrity and promotion of good image for the country.
The Director General of CIIPAD Amb. Ime Stephen in a statement said the award is to encourage other police officers and the public towards a life of integrity.
Ambassador Stephen further urge Nigerians no matter where they are, or what they do, society is their mirror.

He said, “This is also to uphold the integrity of our nation, encourage good governance by contributing ideas as well as supporting the fight against corruption, organized crimes, and other related offences for the betterment of the nation’s economy.
“We are also out to promote institutional integrity and global best practice in the work place, our mandate as a national coalition is information gathering, research, studies and survey on peace strategies and facility safety.
“Others are education and sensitization activities, production of information IEC materials, advocacy and community mobilization. We have come in contact with some of the serving police officers in the course of operation, they have distinguished themselves in their duty post as model of integrity and exponent of corruption eradication which the society is proud of.”

They officers are ” Superintendent of Police Musa Saidat, Force Headquarter Abuja, CP Kabiru Mohommed Ibrahim, Commissioner of Police, Kebbi State, CSP. Joseph A. Udoh Akwa Ibom State Police Command. SP. Akinade Lawrence Adebayo Akwa Ibom State amongst others.
This are officers that have displayed high level of integrity, discipline, intelligent, hard work, resilience and with the best public relation without any involvement in bribery and corruption.
