Breaking: Court Affirms Osifor As TUC President

The National Industrial Court in Lagos affirmed Comrade Festus Osifo as president of the Trade Union Congress (TUC)

Also, the court has fined both TUC and PEGASSAN N5m each for not obeying the court order granted by the NIC in Lagos.

The money is to be paid to the Registrar of Trade Unions .
