Comrade Aminu Isah Emerges JUSUN CCA Chapter Chairman

The Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) Customary Court of Appeal chapter has elected comrade Aminu Isah as the new chairman to pilot the affairs of the union for the next four years.

Comrade Aminu and other new exco were returned unopposed. Other exco members are Comrade Omaka Agwu as Vice Chairman, Comrade Shuaibu Umar Danladi as Assistant Secretary and Comrade Andulazeez Haliru as Treasurer.

Also, Comrade Vicky Vou Gyang as Financial Secretary, Comrade Zubairu Musa as Organizing Secretary , Comrade Aminu Umar as Assistant Financial Secretary, Comrade Abdullahi Yusuf as Auditor , Comrade Abdulkadir Shaba as Legal Adviser and Comrade Olaitan Okedun as Publicity Secretary.

In his acceptance speech, the new chairman, JUSUN Customary Court of Appeal, Comrade Aminu Isah pledge that his team will priotise the welfare of members.

He applauded staff members of CCA Abuja for confidence reposed on him and his team, adding that the workers would not be disappointed for such gesture.

” I assured my members here present today and those in absential thet, with your unalloyed support,
my executive members and | will do everything possible to build greater structures on the foundations already laid by the past leaders of this great union in CCA”.

Earlier speaking, the outgone
Chairman who is also the National assistant financial secretary of JUSUN, Comrade Amoto Sunday urge the new exco to adopt dialogue in any dispute with the management rather than confrontation.

Comrade Sunday disclosed that his team, in the last eight years through continue dialogue with the management of CCA ensure the establishment of co-operative society, fueling of staff buses, purchase of Union Vehicle.

Others are securing of an office for the union, conveying of staff for verification during promotion and
Intervention of union that led to the acceptance of additional qualification from members.
