Federal Government and the organised Labour will today at 7pm hold a meeting with a view to avert the planned industrial action over increased in the pump price of petroleum products and hike in electricity tariff.
The meeting which was earlier adjourned for Monday after a long hours dialogue which could not reached a consensus by both parties, was shifted due to the fact labour insist on the action for Tomorrow.
The outcome of today meeting would however determine whether or not the strike by organised labour will go on.
Minister for Labour and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige will be meeting with the Organized Labour.
The meeting earlier scheduled for Monday 28th September 2020 is now scheduled as follows:
