The Mandateguards Initiative has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for the reappointment of her members into the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
According to a statement by the convener, Comrade Obinna Ogwuegbu, the group also expressed gratitude for appointing other members of group into the his cabinet.
The group said the reappointment as well as the appointment of her members by the president shows his recognition of the mandateguards as a resource reservoir and a positive catalyst to nation building
“Mandateguards Initiative do wish to congratulate its members recently appointed as aides and Ministers by our leader and President and Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces, Muhammadu Buhari.
“They include: Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, Chief Uche Ogah, Hajiya Ramatu Tijani Aliyu. We are also elated at our re-appointed members who had proved themselves worthy in the service to our fatherland, to wit:
Mr Abubakar Malami, His Excellency,Hon. Chibuike Rotimi, Amaechi, Alhaji Hadi Sirika , Alhaji Mustapha Shehuri, Alhaji Sariki Abba”.
The convener further described their appointments as rightly made as they are indeed persons who have shown commitment, consistency and patriotism in the affairs of the nation.
“They are true patriots and deserving “change Agents” We thank His Excellency, Mr President for these well thought out appointments. They are worthy ambassadors of Mandateguards Initiative .
“We futher wish to show our appreciation to our deserving members who did not get re-appointed for their services to the nation even as our Leader continue to engage them.
“We continue to thank Mr. President on the recognition of Mandateguards Initiative as a resource reservoir and a positive catalyst to nation building.
We shall continue to render our support towards the enthronement of virile democratic cultures, transperancy, accountability, good governance, unity and peace.
“The integrity, resourcefulness, patriotism, consistency and good character of these ambassadors are the compass of Mandateguards Initiative”.
