The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) has appointed Blessing David as member of the Board of Trustee, representing zone D of the association.
The appointment follows a resolution at the end of the National Executive Council (NEC) of the association which held in Lafia, the Nasarawa state Capital.
Until her present position, Blessing David was the immediate past Treasurer of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) FCT Council, Financial Secretary NUJ FCT and an active trade unionist.
She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Federal Polytechnic Bida , Niger State as well as a Post Graduate Diploma ( PGD) at the International Institute of Journalism ( IIJ), Abuja.
Comrade Blessing has attended various professional trainings within and outside Nigeria.
