Gov. Sule To Construct Agwada/Odu/Udege Road
Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State says the government would soon flag off the construction of Agwada/Odu/Udege road to open up the area and connect it to other Local Government Areas (LGAs) in the state.
The governor made the disclosure on Friday at the Palace of Alhaji Abubakar Ogbagbu-Kaika, Osu Agwada, at Agwada of Kokona LGA during the continuation of his campaign to seek for another mandate ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
Gov. Sule said it the last three years he has constructed many urban and rural roads to facilitate easy transportation of people and farm produce to market thereby improving the living condition of the people.
Sule also said the he has invested a lot in security to ensure peaceful environment so that the people would go about thier activities without fear of attack.
“We will continue to invest in security to ensure peace and unity because the state cannot develop in an atmosphere of rancour.
“So do not allow anyone use religion or ethnicity to divide the peace we build in the last three years” the governor added.

He also called on the people of the area to vote for Bola Tinubu, Presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) and other candidates of the party in the forthcoming elections.
Responding, Osu Agwada appreciated the current administration in the state for the numerous development projects across the state.
The royal father further reassured that, the people of his domain will return the gesture by massively voting for the governor and all candidates of the APC.
Contributing, Mr Adamu Omale, Overseer of Agwada Development Area assured that APC stakeholders in the area have resolved to vote for the governor for a second term in office, as well as all other candidates of the APC.
Also, John Mamman, State APC Chairman said the governor had made the party proud in the last three years and called on the people to renew his mandate for another four years.
The APC Chairman also urged the people to reject those using religion and ethnicity to divide them as according to him, “those people do not have anything to offer.
“Do not pay attention to the antics of the opposition who lack issues to campaign on but decided to embark on campaign of calumny and division,” the APC Chairman added.
