Security Should Be Everyone Concern- Amb.Erebuoye

To my dear fellow Nigerian citizens.
I know many Nigerians will see this and laugh or will see it as Buhari problem hhhhmmmmmm but it’s not o! Terrorism and security challenge should be everyone’s concerned and should be taken very seriously. Once again I will commend the efforts of President Buhari for being able to hold and not allow the Boko-Haram to go beyond Borno state all this years. The earlier we come together irrespective of our political parties, religion and tribes to find the lasting solution to this problems especially that of terrorism should be everyone’s responsibility. Online criticism, hate and apportioning blames to one another will only worsen the country’s problem with no single solution. Nigeria belongs to all of us be it good or bad so no matter the country we run/escape to or nationalise in we will surely remember our roots/where we come from.
The following are my few solutions
1. To do away with tribal and religious sentiments in the country’s security formation network system.
2. Rehabilitation/orientation of the Nigerian youths if really they are the future of tomorrow.
3. The Eradication of injustice in the goverment system as well as in our culture and tradition.
4. To create more security precautions and awareness amongst the public especially in the grassroots and the rural areas.
5. Constantly organising youth summits in the 6 geopolitical zones for proper interaction with the youths.
6. The federal government must pay more attention to the ministry of youths and sports to avoid the head of such sensitive Ministry that has to do with youths being compromised because the youths are the future of tomorrow.
7. “CORRUPTION” everyone sees CORRUPTION as the country’s major problem but it is not, it is just unfortunate that we are in a society where almost everyone has chosen to be corrupt as those are the ones honoured as the country’s heroes while the real heroes die in vain “SO SAD”

If we must get rid of corruptions then we must
(a) cleanse the government sectors and make it transparent and accessible to its citizens for them to know how their funds are being allocated and spent.
(b) all public officials must declare their assets and make it known to the public to enable the members of the public watch over them too and the security agencies especially the anti corruption agencies and their officials should not be left out if really we are bent on fighting corruption.

Finally all hands must be on deck to lift our one and only country Nigeria 🇳🇬 up again which is very possible.

Thank you as you read and share.
