The Responsibility Of Marriage

Marriage is a serious and lifetime venture in God’s sight but many young people today rush into it with little or no preparation and knowledge of the person they are planing to spend the rest of their lives with.In our world today many young people feil to understand or even seek advice in the way and manner they should follow life into marriage and end up making wrong decisions by not putting into consideration the responsibility of marriage.

WHAT IS RESPONSIBILITY ? Responsibility is the state of having a duty to deal with something,in order word it being accountable with the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to diverse situations.
WHAT IS MARRIAGE? Marriage is define by many people in different ways as they so pleased. Marriage is the legally or formally recognised union of two people, in every true religion it is a man and a woman that are being put together in this great union.
Before a young person should think about marriage he/she should first consider that in marriage the man and the woman will both leave their parents to come together and bing responsible for each other,they should ask themselves if they are really ready for the responsibility of marriage by asking questions like

1 the responsibility of unconditional love.this is a love that is an unrestricted affection that comes from a man’s or a woman’s heart towards each other.
2 the responsibility to forgive and forget-they should have that ability to know that the other is not perfect and when that happens they should forgive and forget
3 the responsibility to seek understanding of the other-for two to walk together they must agree to it so like wise it is in marriage they must have and understanding of each other so as to live in peace.
4 the responsibility of being a parent,the man should be ready to be a father and to provide for the family and the woman also should be ready to be a mother,to cook,take care of the house,the children and even her husband at times needs help.
Young people shul not just run in to marriage but should be fully compatible and ready to take responsibility of marriage
