Comrade wabba who made the condemnation at the 12th National Delegates Conference of the congress in Abuja Tuesday, also described as fundamental infraction on the rights of workers, an attempt by the Chief Judge and members of Judicial Service Commission (JSC) to proscribe Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN).
Comrade Wabba added that such move is against the rights and privileges of the workers as protected and guaranteed by the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Labour act and convention number 87, 95 and 98 of the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

Meanwhile the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) Nasarawa state branch has Urge their members to ignore the threats by one Mr. Enoch Ali Maku, asking the striking workers to resume work.
According to a statement by the Public Relation Officers of JUSUN in the state, Solomon Iyigulu asked the members to remain at home until their demands are met.
The union had been on strike since November 2018 over allegations of deductions from workers salaries, running into millions of naira.
The statement further accused the management of High Court of Justice Lafia of a move to dismiss over sixty of JUSUN members.
The union, however directed her members to continue the struggle, adding despite state government seeking of an order of Court to restrained the ongoing strike.
“We are equally aware that the management of High Court of Justice Lafia have prepared over sixty names of staff of High Court for dismissal and the ongoing posting of our striking members.
“We are also aware that the Judicial Service Commission gave an order to the three arms of the Judiciary in the state to hand picked names of staff to be paid salaries, the trend that has been on since November 2018 till date.
“The state Executive Council of JUSUN has condemned this anomalise, it is not acceptable because it does not stand any test of our law.
“It is important to state here that JUSUN Nasarawa state branch has been drag to court by the Nasarawa state government and the Attorney General of Nasarawa state, asking the court to restrained the ongoing strike. This is not new and we are not surprised.
“we call on our members to be resolute , law abiding and have absolute respect for the rule of law and constituted authority”.
