A Tricycle Rider, Mr Ezra Ayongo this afternoon surprisingly returned balance to fuel attendant after about one hour upon discovery that he was overpaid.
Mr. Ayongo who hail from Benue state, North Central Nigeria, told Peoplereporters that heĀ bought fuel of about N1130 and gave the Attendant N1500 expecting the balance of N370.
He said the attendant rather than given him the balance of N370, he overpaid him with the sum of N100 and so decided to return the money back.
Ayongo who just started riding tricycle four months ago, disclosed that picking what doesn’t belong to you cannot make you rich.

“My name is Ezra Ayongo, am from Benue state. I picked a drop to Apo resettlement, on my way I noticed that my fuel is low, so I pleaded with the passenger to fill up at A.A Rano Fuel station along Apo road.
“The attendant gave me fuel of about N1130, I gave him N1500 he gave me balance then I took off immediately to drop the passenger, as soon as I did, I decided to check the balance the attendant gave me and saw that he overpaid me with N100 that’s why I return it to him”.
On what motivated him to return the money, visible happy Ayongo said ” I discovered that anytime I took something that is not mine, I ended up losing three times of that particular thing.
“So since I noticed this, I am always faithful with the little I have. People must understand this, what is the essence of taken something that is not yours. People should be careful with eaten what is not theirs”.
Ezra said he bought the tricycle on higher purchase at the rate of N10320 (one million three hundred and twenty thousand), paying N22.000 weekly
